Can be heard blocks away, love it !!!

Love this thing, running 3 Sundown audio SA V.3 8s, in a 4.2 cu^fr box tuned to 29hz with a 44 sq^in port @1.33 ohms, people have covered their ears lmao at gas station people come up to me asking how many 15s I have in my car ???????? Im like nope just 3 8s in a custom box. And these subs take all the abuse no problem and they are only rated for 500rms each and they take the beating like a champ!!!! Sundown is super underrated so Im not worried, and the high amp alt and the lithium battery bank keep my voltage well about 13.3, tried the amp in my buddies car on stock electrical just to see what it would do and the car turned off LMAO This thing pulls a lot of juice

SQ meets SPL...it's Loud, Deep, and Clear

First review. I just got this in today. From what I was told I was the 1st person or 2nd person to own this amp. The build quality of the XAD is superior to the VAD series amps. It just feels more high-end. Not downing the VAD series at all. I absolutely love my VAD27001. I do prefer the sleek minimalistic appearance of the VAD, but that's just my personal preference. We don't buy these things for looks, amiright??

The 12v and Ground will accept 1/0 awg wire no problem. This amp has 2 fans as opposed to my VAD's single fan. Honestly, I couldn't tell a difference in the fan noise. Not to blow smoke, but I think they may have used quite fans in this model. With the VAD there is a thump sound when powering the amp followed by the noticeable fan noise until you get to a nominal volume. 6 in my case. I did not notice the thump and the fan seemed to drown out at 5.

There is only a RCA input, no outputs. So if you're planning a multi-amp configuration, you'll need to plan around that for your set up.

I have 4 VCW 12-V2s wired to 1ohm and it rumbles like a frickin jet engine. I have it feeding them right around 4,000 RMS. I am impressed at how clear it is even at high SPL.

When I was setting the Gain with my DMM, I went over the rated voltage and was pleasantly surprised by the illuminated LED signifying that the amp was clipping. That is freaking awesome and a much-appreciated feature. That should save some people from frying their beloved sound system components.

All-in-all, Great Job NVX and immaculate job Sonic Electronix!!! You guys have a customer for life. Shout out to Derricka P for the great customer service!!!
